When playing some american sets, you will surely come across these long vehicles, which are just one a a half units, that more accurately represent real size of engines and wagons. When buying a train powered by this type of vehicles, note that each 'B' unit needs to be followed by a Coupler unit, which you'll find in the Wagons section of the depot. This coupler must be followed by an 'A' unit, so if you want to make one train with more than one engine, you should take care when buying the first vehicle (both 'A' and 'B' are provided for each long vehicles), so try to understand the diagrams before starting to play.

Long wagons follow the same principle, but these will come in pairs, so an Amleet coupler will just allow to be preceded by an Amfleet coach or Mail van B unit, and be followed by an Amleet coach or Mail van A unit. If there are doubts about this system, please drop me a line.
